Who Should Attend the Team-Based Business Model Orientation?

We’ve been getting a lot of questions from TBX23 attendees asking who should or shouldn’t attend the Team-Based Business Model Orientation session on Sunday morning.

So, here’s everything you need to know!

Who should attend orientation:

• Owners and managers who have never attended a Strategies event.
• Owners and managers who have never worked for a company that has been coached by Strategies.

Who doesn’t need to attend orientation:

• Team members (who aren’t owners or managers).
• Anyone who has previously attended a Strategies event.
• Anyone who has worked for a company that has been coached by Strategies.

Of course, if you fall somewhere in between and would just like a Team-Based “refresher,” by all means, join us!

While not required, Sunday’s orientation session will give you a better understanding of the Team-Based Business Model. It will be very helpful in laying the groundwork for the thinking and approaches you will be introduced to during your two days at TBX23.

Orientation will take place in the South Grand Ballroom at 8:00am on Sunday — one hour before the “official” opening TBX23 kickoff in the Forum.
